Gallery Opening Systems

GENERAL FEATURES

These machines are designed for gallery excavations ranging from 16.4 m² to 43.1 m² and operate in rock formations with pressure resistance ranging from 60 MPa to 110 MPa. The machines can be used in underground excavations without methane leakage or in excavations classified as having methane hazards of “a”, “b” or “c” methane explosion hazard or ‘A’ or “B” coal dust explosion hazard. Provided that the power supply is disconnected when the maximum methane concentration reaches 2%.
