Integrated Security Ignition Magnet and Methane Meter Cooperation

HASO's HZK-101M capacitive ignition machine, when used with suitable methane detectors (e.g., MPS-1i), ensures reliability in ignition areas with high methane gas risk. In this system, methane concentration is continuously monitored; if the gas level reaches the threshold specified in the relevant legislation, the ignition machine automatically switches to blockage mode. The connector terminals on the ignition machine have an “ia” protection level, and the connected device maintains the “M1” category safety standard. This allows blasting operations to be carried out safely and in full compliance with regulations.
